30-day risk-free return policy:

A. If the return is due to our fault.
B. Goods arrive defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts.
C. We sent the wrong goods.
D. We sent the goods to the wrong address.
E. We shipped duplicate orders.
F. Failure of the product within the 30-day return period (assuming the customer has assembled the product according to the instruction manual correctly).

Important: For damaged or defective items on arrival, you must provide video/photos to support your claim that the items were damaged or malfunctioning on arrival. If the customer refuses or fails to send a photo/video of the alleged faulty/broken item, this return will be deemed to be "buyer's remorse" and will be returned at the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are also vulnerable to a 20 per cent purchase fee and any shipping charges paid by the seller. Without exception, if the customer claims that the goods are defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof before returning the goods. Use the Contact us form to submit images/videos for your return request.

If the damaged/defective items return request might be solved by simple parts and support, we can provide free replacement parts of options, if customer think this is a simpler solution, we can provide advice on how to repair your goods, so you don't need to fuss will large goods send back to you.


Refund policy:

You can return or refund the product within up to 30 days of receipt. anyThe product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do note that all refund and return decisions by Musso are final. You are responsible for properly packing your returned products. We are not responsible for any returns that are damaged. We will be sad to see you go, but if you do need to return your product, please send us your invoice number and product details via  support@musso.co . We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for returning your chair.

Orders made with klarna will be refunded through klarna once the return has been confirmed.Any interest accrued on orders purchased through klarna is non-refundable.


What's Not Returnable / Refundable?

A:  It is requested beyond seven (7) calendars days of receiving a product.If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, please notify us asap to avoid obvious signs of use of the chair.
B:  A product sent to MUSSO for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
C:  A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
D:  Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product。
E:  Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
F  :Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
G:  A product is not delivered to MUSSO within seven (7) calendar days after Refund Service confirmation is sent from MUSSO.
H:  Products purchased from online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay,) are subject to the returns policies specified on the respective marketplaces.
L:  Other circumstances stated in this policy.


Replacement process:

The first step:
Please contact us at support@musso.co to let us know about your problem and confirm the solution.
Step 2:
Take a picture of your shipment and send it to us, along with the tracking number. The cost of repairs depends on whether they are covered by warranty. (Please check the warranty scope)
Step 3:
We confirm that the goods have been returned and check the problem. Please also email us yours
Contact details (name, mobile phone number, detailed address, postal code).
Step 4:
We will send the goods back to you.

Cancel the order

Musso will typically ship your order within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact musso as soon as possible to cancel your order and receive an immediate refund.So please contact online service or email us at support@musso.co within one hour of placing the order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the freight shall be borne by the consumer. The specific cost should depend on the Courier company you choose.

There will be no cancellation fees for standard items cancelled prior to shipment.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer does not have to bear the freight.

If one hour or more has passed, the order will be processed for hipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and you will need to please contact online service or email us at support@musso.co. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, Musso will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
