Free Order Rules:

The first 3 customers with order submissions (and successful payments made) after the specified time below can qualify for a free order. For example, order time 10:00:00 AM 10:00:05 AM 14:00:08 AM

Customers will receive their order for free via a payment refund. The maximum value of the free order is 1 chair. (If customers purchase more than 1 free chair, the excess will not be refunded.)

If two customers place orders at the same time, according to the website system order number sorting, For example EU1001 is earlier than EU1002. After placing the order, the buyer will receive order information including the order time and order number.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Limited to One Per Customer: Each eligible customer is entitled to receive only one promotional reward during the entire Promotion Period subject the terms and conditions outlined above. If a customer qualifies to receive more than one promotional reward, the customer will receive the reward that occurred first.

Non-Transferable: The promotional rewards are not transferable or assignable.

Disqualification for Fraudulent Activities: Customers found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate the promotion using technical means will be disqualified and banned from all future Musso promotional activities.

Liability Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless: Each Free Order recipient releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Musso and all related individuals and entities, including Musso's agents and independent contractors, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind sustained in connection with, participation in the promotion and the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of their promotional reward.

Modification: To the full extent authorized by law, Musso retains the right to refine the promotion rules. Musso will strive to resolve disputes through negotiation but will maintain final interpretative authority.
